Jim Nadlonek

Mr. Nadlonek has more than 43 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working at small pharma, large pharma, and CMO operations. Recently Jim retired from the IPS-Integrated Project Services Irvine, California office managing aseptic processing projects. The Irvine Office team led new business introductions for IPS offices worldwide. Jim’s experience includes pharmaceutical manufacturing (a variety of aseptic liquid and powder filling operations plus secondary packaging), clinical manufacturing, "man-in-the-plant" CMO manufacturing, product development, pen injector device development, NDA/CMC and EMEA manufacturing application sections, operational layout and equipment (aseptic and secondary packaging) selection for a $900 million microsphere drug form facility with the 6 plus years working at Bausch+Stroebel Machine Company, a major pharmaceutical equipment vendor. Jim has been involved in challenging product forms ranging from influenza vaccines, solutions, ointments, suspensions, lyophilized, oils, and microsphere powders.
