Machine type BZV 8110

The BZV 8110 bin and feed unit is designed for the convenient and proper feeding of closures into the VarioSys production system. The supply bin containing the closures is placed on the electrically operated telescopic column at a comfortable working height. Then the unit is moved automatically into the position required for loading closures into a sorting vibrator in the VarioSys isolator. Closure feed is quantity-controlled in order to avoid machine stoppages due to missing closures. When the BZV 8110 is used for feeding RTU closures in disposable bags it becomes an integral part of the disposable system.
